Diagnostics & Checks
We run full Battery Management System (BMS) diagnostics, isolation testing and thermal analysis to trace faults and measure remaining pack capacity.

High-Voltage Repair & Rebuild
In our facilities we can replace modules and high-voltage contactors, and also repair high-voltage interlocks and service cooling systems. For aging batteries we rebuild packs, match and balance cells, and restore the battery for a longer working life.

Validation & Certification
After repair, every battery goes through strict performance validation and State-of-Health (SoH) testing. We produce reports that insurance companies or fleet operators can rely on, certify State-of-Health (SoH) for resale and ensure all requirements of the EU Battery Passport regulation are properly reflected.
